If you are modeling an existing house, it would be helpful to have a few pictures of it.
-
No idea what your version looks like, or if it has these options.
-
Pro lacks a curved roof/ceiling plane tool. You can create one by using a dormer, explode the dormer and move the roof into position. Or, you can draw small planes varying the pitch on each to simulate a curve.
-
Open one of the outside roof planes and get its ridge height. Open the center roof plane, lock the pitch and enter the ridge height. It should raise up and you should see at least the front wall.

See the video -- start watching at 5 minutes in.

I can't tell from your image, but it looks like there is a roof below your shed roof. You need a hole in the lower roof, or simply move it out of the way.
-
Did you watch the video referenced above?
-
Since you have Pro, why not draw the shed roof manually? Here is a video that may help.
-
That feature is new in the 2021 version.

Use Circle About Center. Click to start the circle and then drag it out. Open and set the radius. Point to Point will pick up the center and move if needed. Repeat for the other dimension. Where circles intersect is your tree.

I believe the Rev-A-Shelf website has downloads available in dwg format. Not sure exactly what is available, or how useful it would be.

Stairs have an Open Underneath option. Try unchecking it. You might need to manually create 2 stair sections with the first section (first 2 steps) having no railing. Attach plan for best suggestions.
-
Something like this may be the best the program will do. You can fill in the gap to complete the railing wall. Or you could model the railing wall with a slab or custom countertop etc.
-
That may be the most confusing image I've seen here. Here is a guess. You can sometimes use a short Room Divider wall in between two intersecting walls to control the intersection.
-
Use the Custom Backsplash tool.
-
You can add blank lines before and after the label text to adjust its position. I'm sure "black lines" was a misspelling and should have been "blank lines".
-
Don't believe Home Designer has that ability.
-
That seems to be a completely different company using a similar product name. I'd contact them and ask, but don't think you will find useful help here.
-
Did you try a Room Divider wall type? It's unclear what the plan is like, but maybe you need to use Roof Cuts Wall At Bottom.
-
Open the wall and check Materials. Make sure Default is specified for interior and exterior.
-
I'm sure you have toolbars checked. And you can try this.
