Here are a couple of wedge shaped molding profiles. Drag the file into a Pro window to install in your User Library. Untitled 6.calibz You can apply these to a soffit or custom countertop. Maybe the best is to use roof planes. This keeps things outside the foundation.

Select all the interior walls (shift select, marquee around etc) and change all at once.

CAD>Draw Polyline Reshape the polyline as needed. Edit>Edit Area Edit Area will use the polyline as its selection. Once you move one floor, select the polyline, Cut, go to 2nd floor, Paste/Hold Position, repeat the process. Don't delete the center, select like I have shown in the image, then use the arrow keys to move. You can set the distance here (change the 60 to the distance you want to move), then 1 press of the arrow key will move the selection that amount. When you select a wall that is closely, but not exactly aligned with a wall above/below, check the Edit Toolbar for tools that will correct this.

It's helpful to show the problem and to have the plan file to work with. I could keep lowering the deck room ceiling until the roof merged with the smaller roof plane.

I've not looked at the plan, but Edit Area should work. Select the 1st floor area you want to move, move it. Repeat on the 2nd floor. Rebuild roof and foundation.

Copy it and delete everything but walls. Start by deleting all framing (Edit>Delete Objects). Turn on auto framing for walls, floors, roof etc.
-
Edit>Edit Area (All Floors) Copy Paste into the new plan, rotate as needed. Best to have the buildings square with the screen and rotate the plot plan as needed.
-
Delete the framing or turn off its display in Layer Display Options.

Start with the plot plan. Once drawn, save a copy. You will want to rotate it so the house is drawn square to the screen.

For centering a cabinet between 2 windows, or more specifically the casing on each window, place a cabinet between them and drag each end of the cabinet until it bumps into the casing. Open the cabinet and set the width you want.

This feature was just added to Chief this latest release -- center between 2 points, and in chief, you can pick up centers and edges of things. When I was using Pro, I frequently drew CAD lines to use where there was nothing to locate. Center cad lines on 2 windows. Draw a 3rd line connecting those 2. The center tool will find the center of the connecting CAD line.

I believe you are correct -- might check the Bonus Catalogs for a horizontal outlet, and sill color is the same as casing color.

You changed the ceiling height to what is shown by the short red line. You can see a black line in the 2 taller walls showing the level of the ceiling in that room. Ceiling height is one way of controlling wall height. Start by raising the ceiling 8', just as a test. Use a cross section or elevation camera to see what happens. And turn on Auto Rebuild Roofs.
