That seems to be a completely different company using a similar product name. I'd contact them and ask, but don't think you will find useful help here.

Did you try a Room Divider wall type? It's unclear what the plan is like, but maybe you need to use Roof Cuts Wall At Bottom.
-
Open the wall and check Materials. Make sure Default is specified for interior and exterior.
-
I'm sure you have toolbars checked. And you can try this.
-
Use a Custom Backsplash on the wall. Read about Roof Cuts Wall At Bottom and Lower Wall Type When Split By Butting Roof.
-
Sometimes the program does that for you. See Preferences -> Folders to locate your Toolbar folder. Close Pro, then rename the toolbar folder -- to what is not important. Start Pro and it should rebuild the folder -- it keeps a copy just in case ... Turn on Auto Rebuild Terrain

I see from your image you are using 3D Architect. Not sure anyone here is familiar with that product. This forum is for the newer Home Designer products. How old is it?
-
Select the wall, change the type.

Place a Room Divider wall. Insert a bifold door. Resize it, remove casing etc. Move the Room Divider up against the cabinet. You can also manually place 2 cabinet doors.

Search my YouTube channel (link in sig) for backsplash to see how to do the beams. Watch on YouTube: http://youtu.be/Z8hQKrtcFzw?hd=1

Please post images directly -- no need to make a PDF of an image. This makes it easier for others as an image shows in the forum. Attaching your plan file -- close Pro first, will give someone something to work with. See below for my Home Designer - Getting Started - Setting Preferences and Defaults video where I suggest you turn off unneeded automatic things like framing. Split levels are a pain with this software unless they are very, very simple. ---- Resources for self help: The built in Help System (always a good place to start) Getting Started Knowledge Base YouTube Home Designer - Getting Started - Setting Preferences and Defaults Watch on YouTube: http://youtu.be/s-TcAHsiMjg?hd=1

What did you use to build the step? You have Draw Order tools -- see Help.
-
Take a cross section and use the dimension tools to understand what the program is doing. And I'm curious -- where is "the south"? While I understand the type of foundation you are working with, I've never known of it being used, or seen any questions related to it.
-
Not sure what you are asking.
-
Make the exterior walls different. Maybe they are already 2x6 and your interior walls are 2x4? Or change them to Room Divider walls.
-
Doors are on the front of the cabinet. Turn the cabinet. You need to use a 2nd cabinet in some cases, or use a door from the library and place manually.
-
Raising the ceiling, much like adding roof directives in walls (pitch, full gable etc) only works when auto building roofs. Select the roof planes you want to change, use Transform/Replicate to move in the Z axis.
-
You are drawing it wrong. Think about how you drew it and the result. What do you need to change to make the slope run in the correct direction? Not giving you a hard time -- just encouraging you to see for yourself what needs to be done.

No Home Designer/Chief Architect product will do that type of stem wall/slab foundation automatically (so the detail is correct). You are able to do this. Not obvious but I used a 8" CMU wall and a 4" slab. You will need to create a detail like you show above.

By "opposite" I'm guessing 90 degrees to what is shown. Use the Adjust Material Definition tool.

Vector View is normally used for elevations. You can turn the color off and probably make other changes too.
