Then open explorer and navigate to the directory. You can also rerun the install and choose the Repair option. And maybe reboot the computer.

Exterior wall generating third floor unwanted extension
solver replied to MichaelScott's topic in Q&A
A couple of tips on images posted here. Generally, Vector View is best as it shows more detail, and if you you will go to the Adjust Sunlight dialog, and set Use Generic Sun and check Sun Follows Camera, then the model will be well lit at any camera position. I suspect much of the problem is with your roof planes intruding into the structure instead of butting up against the exterior walls. I've drawn a red line in the image as an example. Same for the other roof plane on the same floor -- it looks like it needs to be reshaped. If this is an existing house, pictures of it would be helpful. You can also attach the plan file (close Pro first) for others to work with. As for the things poking through the roof, the roof is too low, or the items are positioned incorrectly. Looking at your first image just above, see the far right corner, and note how the walls do not align floor to floor. It's best to clean things like this up as you go. -
Are you having an issue coloring gutters? In the current versions of Pro -- don't know about 2018, you can change the materials like other objects via defaults or by painting.

How do I convert a room with a slab floor to a foundation?
solver replied to Jamie_KMG-365's topic in Q&A
You probably need to check use defaults for the floor structure and rebuild the foundation if auto rebuild is not on. -

Just delete the slab. -

Did you manually draw a slab, or did you change the floor settings in the room dialog? And what type of room is the patio? Post a screen capture of the Structure panel for that room. -
The visibility of objects, like rafters and joist, is dependent on Layer Display Options. Turn layer display on or off to see, or not see objects on those layers.
-
In all Home Designer titles, you can only turn the display of a layer on or off. You cannot delete or create new layers. You cannot specify, or change which layer an object is on.
-
You do know you must turn on Line Weights. View>Line Weights

For problems like this just the plan file is needed, not a backup of the entire plan.

Window defaults, Minimum Separation Looks like you have a small wall there that's not aligned.
