That should automatically fill in. Go to the 2nd floor and make sure there are no walls marked as invisible. Attach the plan file if you cannot get it working. (close the program first)

Often a forum search will find an answer. Searching for centered would be a good place to start. Here is some info on searching:

I don't do much with terrains, but took a quick look at your plan. I believe the lines you see are generated based from the elevation points you have placed and cannot be directly edited. You can, I think, add or adjust points, or add other modifiers like I've done here to influence how the terrain is generated. I changed the line weight of things and turned on Show Line Weights so they would be visible. Also changed colors.

Suite lacks any framing tools. You may be able to use an additional floor set to a short -- maybe 0" ceiling height to help fake the look. This might help you.

Have you checked the Bonus Catalogs?

Problems like this need help from Chief.

You need to ask Chief. This is a user to user forum and cannot answer questions like this. Also, this is the Home Designer Forum. Chief is discussed on ChiefTalk. https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/ But it's the same -- still need to contact Chief directly.

Fill in the corner with 2 Room Divider walls. Make the room they create Open Below.
-
Attach the plan file and I'll have a look.
-
Make sure your safe room walls are all NOT marked No Room Definition. If that does not fix it, attach the plan.
-
The problem is there are no tools to manually edit the end shape of a framing member, like you would need to do where the 2 roof planes join.
-
Getting the program to auto build correct framing may not be possible.
-
Is this a new install, or something that was working before? You can move your license between multiple machines. The program window is maximized?
-
No program that I know of will input those things for you. How could it know what is needed? You would normally build up your own library of details and notes and use them as required.
-
Not something anyone can answer without knowing exactly the steps taken. Attaching the plan file (close Pro first) will give someone something to experiment with.

This gap is caused by the default post/newel spacing. Increasing it to more than the length of the railing should eliminate it. Otherwise, looks good.
