  1. Are we looking at a PBR from 2021 showing two plans?
  2. Try zipping it, or use Edit Area to cut out that part of the plan.
  3. Probably. Attach the plan file and I'll have a look.
  4. Select everything and move it.
  5. Display is controlled via layer settings. Each camera has an associated layer set that controls what is shown.
  6. Close Pro, attach the plan file and I'll have a look.
  7. Roofs build over rooms and their height is controlled by the rooms ceiling height.
  8. Make it smaller. Zip it, and or delete things unrelated to the structure.
  9. It's helpful to have the plan file to work with. Often difficult to understand a problem looking at an image. Close Pro before you attach, and there is a 14MB size limit. Here is a similar structure and a setting you might experiment with. And the wall on the inside.
  10. I believe in another of your threads I linked the Seeking Services thread on ChiefTalk. Are you building in Idaho or Washington?

You can view the Bonus Libraries and see for yourself.
  12. I never think of this because almost no one changes it. Put a checkmark in the box.
  13. Attach the plan file. Zip if needed. 14MB size limit.
  14. How about posting a screen capture (3D view) showing the deck.
  15. Pretty dumb, isn't it. Moldings are associated with rooms, so for a wall to get automatic moldings, it needs to be one of the walls that define a room. One workaround is to use a Custom Countertop drawn in the shape of the wall. Add your moldings to it.
  16. The red lines are a result of showing the Reference Display layer set, and the lines may be any color you choose. You need to manually turn this on or off, they don't just appear Think about what that outline might represent.
  17. Go to the attic level. You probably have invisible walls there (because you originally used a Room Divider). Let the program fix it. Build>Floor>Delete Current Floor
  18. It's not really clear from your image what the problem is. I'll suggest you create another floor for the raised area. Make the room Open Below.
