Thank you, Eric. I did find the solution in the Help section under Walkthrough Preview. I just needed to select "Standard Quality" instead of "Recording Quality" and that brought the reflections back in the mirrors.

I've check marked all settings where "reflections" is noted.

Thank you very much, Eric! I've updated my signature. I am a newbie and just trying to do as much research as I can to figure this out. I have not been able to find this particular issue where it greys out during walkthrough only. It works fine in standard camera mode. I am thinking...I may have accidently unchecked or checked some setting that may have caused it or perhaps it is the video card? It worked previously but isn't working now. Any thoughts?

Hello, Can someone assist? I am not able to see my mirror reflections in walkthrough saved or preview. I was able to in the past and some reflections started to disappear and now all reflections are not working during walkthrough. They do however work in camera mode. I have all "reflections" check marked in camera settings. Is there something else I am missing?
