I'm going to guess that one of more walls has No Room Definition checked.
-
Are you asking about the small areas here? Grab the wall and drag it over to cover. Use a Room Divider wall to form a small room as shown. Turn off moldings in this room so they do not show on the exterior.
-
Post image files. Post your plan file too -- close Pro first.
-
Show us your wall materials. And post the plan file if you still need help.
-
Have you checked the Library and Bonus Catalogs for awnings? I believe Suite has a Balcony room type.
-
That's it. Make sure it's not open in Home Designer.
-
Post the plan and I'll have a look.

Agree with David on this. I searched Pro for a way to do it, but could not find a setting. Doable in Chief.

I would not trust it. Frustrating, I know. Here is an example. 12'x12'x8' structure -- no ceiling. Program calculates 13 sheets instead of 12. I've not seen a drywall crew hang 4x8 boards (standups), instead they use 12' boards horizontally. Maybe this could be changed, but it should be the default, or a simple setting. Use a Pony Wall, not a soffit. Manual roofs. You have complete control. As a contractor, I would never go by a materials list provided by a customer. ---- Adding an occasional blank line sure helps with readability

Is zooming in not giving you what you need? Home Designer lacks this ability.

With Pro, you have the ability to change the framing to be however you want.
-
Do you need something you cannot get by using doors or windows for the sidelights?
-
Make the end walls invisible, then infill with a solid shape -- wedge from the library or a Custom Backsplash.
-
Depends on your internet speed. They need to be installed/imported. You can double click each file, you can group select, right click and choose Open With Suite, you can drag and drop into Suite.
-
Consider a Custom Backsplash.
-
Why do you have white lines? They need to be a color that will show against white paper.
-
If the materials are in your plan, try a File>Backup Entire Plan This will create a zip file that should contain individual texture files.
-
That's the way the program is programmed to do it. Move the beam to where you want it. Uncheck Auto Rebuild for the deck.
-
You cannot in Home Designer.

You description of what you want to do is confusing, but here are some general ideas. For your structure, work from the top down. In the structure panel you can change the Ceiling Below value. It's often easier to remove internal walls so you are dealing with single rooms. Select your walls and use Transform/Replicate to move them away a set distance, then do the reverse to put them back. I made the second floor, including the porch all one room, then set the floor below ceiling to 84" and made the 2nd floor ceiling the default height.
