The treads are 40" long and obviously tapered

Yes you would be correct. That would give me the location of the treads but not the depth on the outside stringer or the inside one. That being the risers should stay the same at 7 5/16 on either stringer correct. This pic is shown with the walk line 12" in from the edge

    My terminology may be incorrect

The radius angle would be the angle of the radius of the inside stringer and the outside stringer

Hi all, I uploaded a screenshot of the curved stairs I designed and I'm looking for a couple of things. 1. the radius angle / length of each stringer 2. The rise & run layout marks for each stringer as obviously these change from stringer to stringer. I will not have the space to lay it out manually on the floor as this is a remodel with no room to do that so I plan on doing the layout (stringer layout framework / forms) at work with a trammel board and plywood to build the form arc pieces Forgive my ignorance as this software is new to me. Thank you, Bill
  7. Thanks for the info as I am new to the forum. i can’t do a screen shot on my iPad, I’ll have to go to my pc to do that
  8. I need help displaying my inside and radius angle for a set of curved stairs thank you Bill
