  1. Is this what you are trying to do? For some reason, in the plan the roof won't build. Daltry Lane.plan
  2. Go to the site and download the Nanawall Library, add it to library, the symbols can found in the Manufactures catalog....

    deck ghosting

I think you may need to upload the plan.
  4. I did it slightly different, I un-gabled the porch walls and dragged the 2nd floor walls to align with the porches, then lowered the room to 0" and checked auto roof return, the Dormers are 96" with a 8" pitch and a 18" overhang. mh-v1.1-1.plan
  5. greenacresmama, The software has a lot of automation, if you use footings for the foundation it's floor structure 12 5/8" and the ceiling structure is 5 1/2". If it's a slab it's 4 1/2" so there's no need to change the default finish. Adding walls and other things can cause the roof to build wrong. When using the material painter, don't use the P as that paints everything the color use choose. The overuse of soffits and custom countertops, for example a soffit was used for the range hood, no need to do that , just look in the library for the size you want. For the cabinets, open the specification box, click the front face and click opening, uncheck shelves and resize and move the separation piece. Corner boards work but they should be a different color to see the them, on the basement patio if you are not going to enclose it with windows or screens, there's no need for a door lol kinda like locking your car doors with the windows down. Here's what I came up with.. I set everything to default and guessed what the ceiling heights were... no furniture-1.zip
  6. There is alot of issues with the plan...is this a work in progress? On the 2nd floor there's 3 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and 1 small closet. There's walls on the 1st floor that are not needed, the wall at the stairwell should be deleted. Architectural blocks are used for a door and a shelf(s). In the bathrooms and other rooms, custom countertops are overused and so are the soffits. The ceiling heights are odd because the floor finish is 6"? I'll see what I can come up with.....
  7. Open the cabinet specification box, click the cabinet style, then choose left end or right end cabinet.
  8. Use the break wall tool, instead of bay window tool...for the window use the double casement window for both the top and bottom window. For the front top, use the triple casement, also use the corner board tool, delete the apron and keep the sill.
  9. check the attic walls....
  10. You could also try the half-hip roof. How about posting a image of the roof....
  11. Click on the terrain feature and uncheck automatic and flatten pad, then draw 2 elevation regions one for the rear and one for front. Use this as an example, play around with it until it's how you want it. slope.plan

solver, You forgot to do something....lol Default setting>plan
  16. Like rfcomm2k said, make that one wall and use a doorway. You don't have to change the height of the doorway, unless you want to... As for the soffit, if you change the height of the soffit you have to change the floor to bottom height as well. The default height of a soffit is 24" and a floor to bottom height of 90", if the soffit is 9" then the floor to bottom height is 115" .

solver, In Suite you can't do anything with a Pro plan but look at it, unless the Pro user unlocks the plan. If you would, unlock a Pro 2016 plan, upload it and i'll see what Suite 2017 can do with it.

Why not just rebuild from the plan itself? Open the plan in Pro and rebuild it in Suite. You could also use the snipping tool in Windows. Copy/paste into Suite and draw the walls of the plan.
  19. Use 3 walls and name it Porch, then gable the side walls...
  20. You can't do it like that using Suite. You can come close by changing the fill pattern to none.

    groups of windows

Upgrading to Premier would be overkill for what you want do. Delete the bottom windows and resize, then make the side windows double awning and resize the bottom components. Uncheck casings for all windows and it will look like solver's image.
  22. I used Suite 2017 which can be opened and edited using Architectural 2018. Jo_Ann explains what needs to be done, except I kept auto rebuild roofs on also you will need to use the break wall tool for the left rear wall, that way the Gable builds correctly. The main roof pitch is 12". Experiment by changing roof pitch, ceiling heights etc. to get an idea of how the software works.
  23. Here's what I came up with, click on the walls to see what was done... Darran - 1.plan
