Have you considered this? It stays true to the original house, and gives you a few more sq ft in the garage.

Auto roofs may not always work. With Pro, you have manual roof tools. Suggest using them to solve your issue,
-
You will need to add your own doors to show open like your image above.

What am I missing here? Trying to measure between interior walls.

I looks like you have done that on the left side. Have you reviewed your dimension defaults and docs on dimensioning? Like a Point? -
Have you watched the roof webinars on the Chief YouTube channel.

Looks like you used a small roof plane over the bumpout. Select the main roof plane, put a break (3 key) where the arrow is and drag the lower edge out.

This shows what you have (default settings). And with the setting I suggested above. Make sure the foundation is rebuilding or you may not see a change.
-
Is your foundation correct -- stemwall? Try Hang 1st Floor Platform Inside Foundation Walls.
-
Have you checked the bonus catalogs?

You need to Toggle Patterns off.

Does Pro have Build>Framing>Joist Direction?

Vector and Technical views do not show textures -- only Standard view uses textures. Does Pro have this?
-
Probably a bug caused by something you did -- that is, you likely did nothing wrong, just unique, and the program did not handle it correctly. Pro does not have moldings that can be applied directly to walls, unless it's a new feature in 2020. Are you using a Wall Covering? If so, and you have a 2nd floor, are you applying it to the 2nd floor wall? Wall Coverings apply to a specific wall and won't show if located off that wall. Keep in mind the upgrade discount for going from Pro to Chief. You get to take off the cost of Pro from the cost of Premier. Upgrade discounts are generally available around December too. And you can rent to own premier, although this is the most expensive way to buy. And there is the pre owned market. There is always someone on ChiefTalk selling an unwanted license, although with you already owning Pro and getting the $500 off, it's usually difficult to make this work.

Textures and Patterns are used in different types of views, but they both may be toggled off. Colors may also be toggled on or off. Search help for patterns and for colors.

Look at a framing overview -- no need to guess Pro lacks frieze boards. Are you using some other method to create them?
-
The simple solution is to drop the terrain -- is there something wrong with doing that?
-
Think about the relationship of the garage floor, driveway and terrain. The driveway should be a bit lower than the garage floor, and the terrain should be a bit lower than the driveway. If your model needs to be different, then you will need to do some things differently.

Does someone have a guide of sorts to the break line tool?

Soffits don't curve, custom countertops and slabs do. Custom countertops accept moldings. -

Curved -- rounded off how? -
Just create a jpg instead of a PDF. What are you using to do the screen capture?
