    Window Issue

Hi, whilst appearing the correct way round on the plan view, my windows appear with the glass on the internal wall rather than the glass on the external wall. My design needs to glass on the external with a window sill recess on the internal wall, whilst I've looked through the window settings I can't seem to reverse the look. Also, I need to add window handles on the outside two windows, any ideas? Thanks

    Layout Scale Bar

Thanks once again, made my own in the end and it was easy, just getting my head around scaling. On another note, my windows, whilst appearing the correct way round on the plan view, they appear with the glass on the internal wall rather than the glass on the external wall. My design needs to glass on the external with a window sill recess on the internal wall, whilst I've looked through the window settings I can't seem to reverse the look. Layout Scale Bar

Does anyone know how to create a scale bar for layout floor or block plans? My planning office need Scale Bars on my submitted drawings but not sure if there is a function in CA HDPro 18?

    Custom Sofit

I'm trying to box in some floating stairs but whilst I'm nearly complete I have an awkward triangle section to complete but I can't seem to shape a sofit to fit. Is there any other way to create a triangular sofit to fit this space? See attached drawing to give you an idea.
  6. Just sorted it out!!!! The rendering technique options - Opaque Window Glass was ticked!! not sure how I did that ! Un-ticked and all back to normal, very many thanks for your help much appreciated
  7. Checked several windows and it appears to have the correct setting. I've also drawn a basic house with a new window but the same happens
  8. Looking in 3D View Defaults on Backdrop Standard is ticked.... how do you see Technique Options? I've gone into the library but can't seem to alter or see the properties of the Glass - Standard or am I doing something wrong? As you can tell not long had it! sorry.
  9. Hi Solver, I've added the info in signature field as requested, by rendering you mean graphic card it's a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 card
  10. Is there any reason why I can't see through my house windows? They all appear to be an off white but in the materials sections Glass - Standard is selected. I've tried to create new windows to no avail, any ideas? Thanks
