  1. I made these from Horse symbols available at 3D Warehouse, you might try them and see if they will import (Library - Import calib-calibz files) DJP Horses.calibz
  2. Also toolbars can be turned on or off under the "View" main menu "View - Toolbars", you may have accidently turned them off but you can either reboot or just turn them back on under the View Menu. DJP
  3. Like Eric said, update your video card drivers then if no joy, contact Chief Architect Tech Support for help. DJP
  4. I assume that your Chief User created one or more custom layers and those custom layers do not show in HD Pro 2021 or any other version of HD Pro. We Chief Users create custom layers all the time and place different object on different layers because we can. Home Designer Users cannot, period, dorry. DJP
  5. Take a look please DJP
  6. I commonly divide the shower from the rest of the bathroom using an invisible (Wall Definition wall), then represent the curb using either a shower pan from the LB or using a soffit or custom slab to represent the curb (both are easily customizable for that purpose). The tile for the shower walls can be represented several ways:1. Using the "Wall covering tab" to apply the material of your choice to just the interior sides of the shower walls. You use the "Wall Break" tool to isolate the wall segments of the shower for this purpose or 2: you can apply your intended shower materials to each wall using the "Custom Backsplash" tool found under Cabinet Tools. 3: you can also used custom sized and placed soffits to emulate your intended shower tile surfaces but I think methods 1 and 2 are preferable as choices. 7. Same answer applies above to your question, take a look. DJP
  8. In DP Pro one could manually emulate a curved roof, you create small segments, attached manually, one to the other until you obtain half of a curved roof, you then copy-paste-reflect the first half and then manually connect the halves into a domed or curved roof. It requires patience, intention and perseverance to accomplish but IS doable. DJP How you could do this in Home Designer Pro DJP
  9. 10. You should be able to adjust the transparency of that material using the tri-colored icon called "Adjust Material Definition" tool to adjust the "Transparency" of the glass material, so you can see through it, take a look please. DJP
  11. First you get the terrain plane modulated relative to itself as an object and then using the "Building Pad" input box of the "Terrain Specification dialog" to align the terrain to the structure's first floor. DJP
  12. Labels come ONLY from spaces closed with walls. The size of the interior of such spaces does not matter, so I would look for tiny enclosed by walls spaces. Once found you can undo the enclosed space to get rid of the unwanted label display. DJP
  13. Walls are portrayed by "Wall Poylines" in terms of 3D views. Those Wall Polylines are directly editable in an elevation camera and can be custom shaped to close unwanted holes such as yours bu left-click-dragging the wall to cover the hole, you may also need to adjust the roof plane edges that may be cutting that wall segment off, hard to say exactly without your plan file to inspect. DJP
  14. There seem to be more than just that one problem you mention above. Also the PDF does not call out any roof plane pitches, leaving one to guess as to that information. I looked and looked but could not find anything called "EC03" anywhere, please be more specific with your questions and requests. DJP
  15. This should work now in Suite. DJP 535660300_Delia1.plan
  16. With Pro when that happens, I draw a manual return. When automatic tools fail, you step in and fix it. DJP
  17. Carefully study the Build Roof dialog - Roof Styles tab for precise instructions as to how this is done. DJP
  18. You then manually adjust the wall polyline so that it does what you wish it to do using an elevation camera, give that a try. DJP

I exported this from X11 which should work with your 2020 but you will need to try to import it to be sure. Link to download the Simpson Strong Tie Library file (106 Mb) DJP
