No. Make a copy and delete the terrain -- basically anything other than the kitchen. Zip it if it's still too big. Right click on the file, Send To>Compressed Folder
-
Sorry -- you need to copy to the user library first. I'm wanting your plan file, not pictures of the plan. You can also just attach the entire plan file.
-
Select one of those sinks in the library, right click and choose Export Library. Attach the file that's created. Use Edit Area to marquee around the kitchen, copy and paste into a new plan, save and attach it too.

A screen capture so we see what you see would be helpful.

Mixed Foundation - Walls with Footings and Grade Beams on Piers
solver replied to FACES_Constr's topic in Q&A
The program is full of "helpful" automation that will frustrate you as long as you are using it. One of the issues all users face is figuring out if it's them or the program. Your idea is sound, and I tried a bunch of things that I expected to work, but none did because the program is smarter than I am. Yes, adding a beam and piers needs to be done manually. Also, the Home Designer website has a search that includes the forum, and is a good place to look for solutions. -
You probably did not need to uncheck all, rather only the ones preventing your rooms from having room definition.
-
Most likely one of the walls has No Room Definition checked.
-
Probably need to place partitions manually if you want them behind a door, but check the bonus catalogs for an already built insert. Otherwise.
-
Nope. Once set up, it's automatic. It's not one time, it's all the time.

Increase the overhang. Experiment with reducing fascia and sub fascia too.

Each type of camera view (cross section, doll house etc.), and plan view, have a unique layer set associated with it. The individual layers within the layer set control if the layer is locked, and visibility, color, line weights, and text style for objects on the layer. The Layer Display Options dialog simply gives you access to the current layer set. There is only one Layer Display Options dialog, but there are multiple Layer Sets, and Layer Display Options will display the layer set associated with the active view. The take away is, that if you make a change via Layer Display Options, it only applies to the current view type, and will change all views of that same type. In Plan view, you turn off the display of base cabinets. In a Doll House view, they will still display. Take two Doll House views, turn off the display of wall cabinets while in one of those views, then switch to the other, and wall cabinet display will be off there too. Switch back to Plan view, and wall cabinets will be displayed. What I want to clarify is, it's the Layer Set that is controlling things, and that Layer Display Options is how you access that layer set. You can see the layer set you are working with, but because Home Designer lacks the ability to create or assign new layers and layer sets, it does not really matter.

Manual roof planes drawn on the Attic level.

The Home Designer website is full of articles and videos telling and showing how to do many common operations. Starting your search there is always best as that search also (optionally) searches here too. I imagine a search for tails or exposed would be a good start. The built in program help can also helpful.

Change that room to have a slab foundation and lower the absolute heights. Build the foundation.

I opened a plan in Pro 2024 trial. In plan view, using Display Options I turned on/off layers. You can change line styles and use a single line for framing. Some of what you show like the callouts will need to be placed manually.

Show your best effort and say what you want, or do not want to see.
-
Have you tried?
-
Just need to change the picture to mirror material.
-
Have you considered using a picture frame? Depending on the look, you might nest two, with the inner one showing a mirror, or even one of the framed mirrors.
-
Can you explain? What's not showing?

Show the wall and try to describe what you want to do. Here is a thread that may give you some ideas.
