You have to do it manually. Click Materials>Siding and paneling>Lap>Blues>Gray4..then use the Object painter (O) or the Floor painter (F) tool.
-
Also you used the upper pitch for the gable walls, no need to... For the roof return you had the main house wall checked and not the porch rail. I unchecked the knee walls for side porch and used the break wall tool for the front porch. Cohen House-Gable Roof Porch-1.plan

Here's a Suite version of the plan.... JC Dunn.plan

First, Why are you using Sketchup to create walls, when you can simply draw them using the software? To raise the wall height, you raise the ceiling height for that room. For the wall extension, use the room divider tool to create a room and then delete the moldings and uncheck roof over this room and lower the floor.
-
Is this what you are trying to do? If so, use the room divider tool to separate the rooms and to create a ditch. For the terrain features to work correctly, uncheck Automatic for the Pad. Click the plan to see what was done. Duc plan-1.plan

Could you upload the plan please.....
-
For the slab, use a box shape and set elevation reference to "From Terrain" and the floor to bottom to 0"
-
Or you can open the soffit specification box and check "Ignore room moldings".
-
Try it by building a 2nd floor and then lower the ceiling height to 36" or 48".

Is there a plan? if so upload it please. The issue I see is the Barrel roof, In CA it's no problem, in Pro it's a lot of work to create the Barrel roof.

Don't forget to Gable the walls....

What is it that I misunderstood? I showed how you manually make a porch look like a deck, that's why I uploaded a plan to show the differences. A Balcony would not have worked, but the porch would. The initial question was to "how do you get rid of the footings" Katalyst showed one way and I showed another way that's all. further the name of the thread is "Screened Porch"?????????

See if this helps.. pit.plan

Try the Room divider tool and drop the floor.

When the you build a deck or balcony, the software does not generate a roof you have to manually place it. With a Porch it generates a roof. Like I mentioned you have to change the floor for the Porch or Balcony to deck planking. To match the colors you click the material definition tool and then click on the deck floor, click color and write down the numbers for that color, also the x and y numbers. Then you do the same to the porch or balcony and change the numbers from deck to the porch or balcony, take a box shape or soffit and resize it so that it's the same size as the deck skirt and paint it with cb- pressure treated lumber material. You do the same for the beam. That's the manual way to get the same look as a deck. In short all you really had to do was to click tools>display options and uncheck footings deck posts while your in 3d view. lol porch - balcony.plan

Yes it will, just add a 1/2" to the floor finish and change the floor, then paint the skirt. To get the higher look you, lower the pad. Take a look at the 2nd pic the door looks off.

Suite 2017 comes with 3 Chair rail moldings..CA - 13, CA - 25 and CA - 29 also the WindsorOne catalog has Chair rail moldings
-
First, Did you uncheck roof over this room for the Porch? For the gable over the door, did you "click the gable over this door icon" on the tool bar? In Suite you need to build a 2nd floor and lower it. Upload the plan please.

Better yet this may help!!!! The top molding is Crown and the lower molding is Chair. I forgot add after you click "add new" then you click Core catalog>architectural>molding>chair rail example.plan
