Items in full height kitchen cabinet

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to place a wall oven & microwave in a full height kitchen cabinet similar to those shown in the attached picture.  I can get either the microwave or the oven, but not both.  Tried putting a shelf over the oven and just placing the microwave on it, but positioning of shelves and oven and drawers below the oven keep moving around.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Bob

Are you creating 2 openings in the Cabinet, both Appliance?

Posting a simple plan one room, one cabinet, will help with suggestions.

You need to place the wall oven and then create an "open space" for the Micro Wave and then manually place the Micro Wave Oven in that created space. Here is a You Tube video of me doing the above in Suite 2017: https://youtu.be/ylaFVMKGwpg

According to the knowledge base article, only Pro allows this feature.

Save yourself all the hassle, and just add the microwave to a 2nd base cabinet (toe kick deleted) placed above the oven cabinet.

It should look something this...

I used 2 full heights cabinets, resized them to 42"  installed the appliances and raised one cabinet's floor to bottom height to 42".

Sorry I'm a bit late in responding, been out of town a few days.  Thanks to all who suggested ways to do this.  With your help I was able to figure it out.
