Just like you posted the pictures.

Your image shows white fascia on all roof edges. What do you see?

Does your structure have a garage wall up against the house wall? If you delete the garage wall the roof and wall will correct themselves.

Something like this? Attaching pictures and your plan file -- make sure it's not open in Suite, will help us.

I would locate the doors and windows via their centers, using a wall measurement and 1/2 the casing to casing dimension. Make sure your Dimension Defaults are set to locate wall surface and not framing. I don't believe Suite is capable of doing what you want. --------------------------------- Resources for self help: The built in Help System (always a good place to start) Getting Started Knowledge Base YouTube

Any suggestions how to incorporate Timber Stairs in a Terrain?
solver replied to NDlakehouse's topic in Q&A
That's what I would do. Depending on your design, Transform Replicate, and blocking things together so you can move multiple items at once, may help.- 1 reply

You might want to contact Support tomorrow.

Depending on how this is/will be built, you might remove the landing and replace it with a lowered 2nd floor platform.

Suite is limited in many areas. Fixing the wall marked as C would be simple in Pro, for example. If Suite has an Inverted Wedge in the library, you might try using it to fill in the gaps above the roof.

The default elevation is a Vector View. Your material needs both a pattern and a texture. Many do not. Search for Stacked Stone in the library. It has both. Apply it to a wall and see how it works.
-
Are you sending a Vector View to layout?

Selecting the dormer and moving it does not work? Try putting the dormer walls one level up.

Posting the plan file -- make sure it's not open in Pro, is the best way to get good suggestions. And as Law said, no need to make a PDF of an image. Just post the image itself.

I'd suggesting contacting Chief. The documentation may be wrong.
-
You might want to read some threads on ChiefTalk. It depends on where you live too.

What type of freelance work? If you are thinking about design and/or drafting, you should be looking at Chief Architect instead of Home Designer.
-
Have you tried to add that button to the toolbar?
-
Did you verify the tutorial was for Pro and not Chief? I just started my copy of Pro and the Fillet All Corners button is not available.
-
This is from Chief. Check your Edit Toolbar. Make sure the tutorial you are following is applicable to Pro.

I imagine it's because it is an interior wall. You need an exterior wall there, and tell the program to use an interior wall below. Just guessing. Post back if I guessed wrong. Read up on Lower Wall Type When Split by Butting Roof.

Something like this? Uncheck Foundation Wall on the walls. Set the stem wall height -- I guessed at 1500mm. Rebuild the foundation. I believe no walls need the Foundation Wall option checked.
