  1. Is it a new build, or remodel? Building here in AZ? I'd start over, and I'll suggest there is room for improvement. There is lots of wasted space. Here is an example of how the master bath might change.
  2. That plan is a bit of a mess. It looks like you brute forced things instead of allowing the program to do its job. The roof will mostly auto build, for example.
  3. Unless you are manually modifying framing, you need to auto build framing -- maybe turn on auto build so it's always up to date. Layer Display Options I don't see a wall there, so there is nothing to not show up. Go to the Attic and draw in 2 walls. See Roof Cuts Wall At Bottom.
  4. Think of the stairwell as a room off the basement.

    Foundation Wall

What is your question? Foundation to wall above alignments are controlled in the settings for the wall above.
  6. You need to fix the Ceiling Structure and Ceiling Finish on the 2nd floor too.
  7. Read up on these 2 settings.
  8. There are several ways to fix this, but the cleanest is probably a Pony Wall. When you click on that upper wall you will see how it drops down where the porch is. With a Pony Wall you can split that wall so it can have different materials top and bottom.
  9. I cannot tell from your image what's going on. Can you show a closer perspective view? You can also post the plan file.
  10. For the garage gable, You can do similar. Break the wall, set it to full gable and it should auto build. I would not have the gable go to the edge, but stop short. Better for water flowing off the roof and better for the builder.
  11. That roof will easily auto build. Did you not understand about breaking the wall? This is how it should look.
  12. Please use a screen capture tool or the capture tool built in to Pro -- using a camera results in a poor image. Do you have a 2nd floor room over the porch? If so, delete it. Post your plan file (close Pro first) for the best suggestions.
  13. Break the left side wall 1' back from the front creating 2 wall segments. Make the 1' wall a hip wall, and the longer part a gable wall.
  14. You can also paint the wall with drywall. It's usually good to use a Custom Backsplash where you want tile too.
  15. I'm not Chief Sales, but why not download and review the 2019 trial for yourself. And you might say what title (Suite, Pro etc) you are using.
  16. You will need to be specific -- I just drew in this wall and it extends to the ceiling. Can you identify a wall in your plan that is not doing this?
  17. Posting your .plan file (close Home Designer first) and pictures will help others help you.
  18. https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&sa=1&ei=VwlmXLfsA-S70PEP55afqA8&q=seamless+hexagon+tile+texture&oq=seamless+hexagon+tile+texture&gs_l=img.12..0.45337.48031..51084...0.0..0.333.1935.3j3-5......1....1..gws-wiz-img.......0i7i30j0i8i7i30.POXfCrAp3dw
  19. Then you need to create a seamless texture from it in an external program. Plenty of info via a google search.
  20. Tell us what tile you are using. Specific catalog and name.
  21. Place the transom on an attic wall, then move it down -- set to a negative height. You may need to draw in the attic wall manually.

    Gabled end color

I noticed your roof overhangs are 1/4". The program likes them larger, like 2 or 3 inches. Try that to see if the problem goes away, then reduce them.
