I only looked at the basement, but there you have the Ceiling Finish set to 4" with 2 layers, one is framing. Normally Ceiling Finish is drywall in 1/2" or 5/8" thickness. Here is another suggestion -- check Sun Follows Camera. As you rotate the model, the program will light the part you are looking at.

I was suggesting for the future. I set the floor structure to default for that room on the corner and it fixed the walls. I noticed you have what looks like extra framing that I've painted blue.

Vector View. Note how the edges are highlighted making them easy to see.
-
Try Edit>Edit Area>Edit Area (All Floors) Copy/Paste from one plan to the other.
-
Post the plan, and use vector view for images please.

Consider drawing CAD lines at the required angles. You could use the Make Parallel/Perpendicular tool to align the walls.
-
Open Help and search for Additional Angles. If you don't find it, then Architectural must not have it.

Click the Show... button.

You cannot create rooms in the Attic, you must create a numbered floor first. See the Knowledge Base linked above for more info.

Could you show a screen capture showing the stairs? What is a "radius angle"?

I would not recommend using Control to override movement as it's completely free movement. Better to use one of the precision movement tools. Watch on YouTube: http://youtu.be/yR00vywYtNY?hd=1

I'd contact Home Designer directly. I don't believe there is an automatic backup for this file. If you are missing items you downloaded you may still have the files you imported.
-
And any images that might explain what you want.

You don't download User Catalogs, only Core, Bonus and Manufacturer. If you can say specifically what is missing, it will help.

Change floor structure in Home Designer Architectural 2019
solver replied to d3relict's topic in Tips & Techniques
You will need to upgrade to Pro to change your floor structure. -
Make sure the attic wall is one and not 2 walls that join where the window would be centered. Also check there is no attic wall behind there.
-
You will need to use soffits I think for the countertop. Transform/Replicate is not available with Suite.
