Change rooms monolithic slab defaults, like Garage

The garage has a default of negative 3-1/2" when the monolithic slab is created. How can I assign this to defaults for different rooms?

I'm wanting my floor defaults for the house front entry and rear entry, monolithic slab, to be negative 3-1/2".

go to actual room you want to change defualts

but why? garage is lowered so any water dripping from car does not roll into house,

Could you show where to set the floor to  -3 1/2?

I opened and edited Structure for the floor Lanai. The only option I see is Floor Finish. I set floor finish to -3-1/2". The floor did not drop 3-1/2", like the garage floor.

Right now I'm having to set these types of floors: lanai, shower, front entry as garage and change the names.

"Floor finish" means the thickness of the finished floor material. The structure would be where you'd drop it like a garage or deck. Unless your wording is incorrect?
