Remove base molding from shower HDP2020

Hello, 

 

How do I remove the base molding from a shower in Home Designer Pro 2020. There is a article "Removing Moldings from a Single Wall" in the knowledge base but it says to "Make Room Molding Polyline "  I don't find that function in HDP2020. Am I missing the function or is there another way to remove the base boards? BTW, the other side of the wall needs base boards, and the rest of the restroom needs base boards.

Thanks for the reply. The Room Specification dialog does not allow me to remove a specific section of baseboard without removing all the baseboard in the room. Attached is another example. There baseboard in front of the cat door. How can i cut into the base board without removing the bottom of the baseboard or removing the baseboard from the entire room? Is there a way to make the baseboard a polyline?

You can make it a soffit, add the moulding pattern to it and define the size you want it to be. Then adjust the length to go to either side of the opening.

Make the "shower" area its own "Room" using invisible walls, then open the "Showers" Room Specification Dialog box and turn on the baseboard by way of that dialog box once you create it separate from the rest of the bathroom.

Thank you all! You guys are awesome! I used the idea of creating a soffit and applying the molding shape. Then i could apply one molding at a time right where i want it. But you all had great ideas!
