kingdav Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 I purchased HD Suite 2016 last month and installed it on my Mac Pro Server running OS X Yosemite. I was having an issue with a missing graphics file when I attempted to use the camera so I reloaded the software. That didn't fix the problem but within a week I got a dialogue box asking for the product key. The original key auto-populated but when I hit Activate it tells me my license is out of date. I deleted the entire installation and reloaded the software from both the downloaded dmg as well as the backup CD I purchased. Same result. Any ideas? I have contacted sales twice over the past two weeks and went to voice mail each time, with no call back. Also submitted a case with no response. Kbird1 Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 Sounds like it might be an Activation Server Error , if you tried to reinstall without deactivating 1st , it maybe confused , so likely Tech Support or CS are the only ones who can help.
