Thanks, I tried that and was unsuccessful. I have contacted sales twice over the past two weeks and went to voice mail each time, with no call back. Also submitted a case with no response. Unfortunately I'm stuck with shelf ware until I get it resolved.
I purchased HD Suite 2016 last month and installed it on my Mac Pro Server running OS X Yosemite. I was having an issue with a missing graphics file when I attempted to use the camera so I reloaded the software. That didn't fix the problem but within a week I got a dialogue box asking for the product key. The original key auto-populated but when I hit Activate it tells me my license is out of date. I deleted the entire installation and reloaded the software from both the downloaded dmg as well as the backup CD I purchased. Same result. Any ideas?
