Micah's Hobby Builds Updated
Hey there,
I do not have any professional background in architecture, I'm sure that will be obvious. I've always wanted to get into miniatures, but I'm afraid to invest in the tools and materials when I'm a notoriously messy crafter. This program has given me hours of entertainment, so here are some of my favorites, and some challenges from friends.

outside basement stairs to terrain (design home suite)
This is probably an easy issue for some. So I had built an outside stairway added from the basement level to terrain grade. It affects future detached garage additions in regards to dimensions from such stairwell to the garage. When I build it on basement level it looks good camera view from the basement camera. The problem i hate is , It does depict the tops of the walls from the stairs added below into being above terrain. From grade level level the terrain grasses cover over its middle and doesn't recognize the stairway leading down. it is an L-shaped stairwell (with a landing) and does It does recognize the tops of the stair well walls being above terrain grade but the middle of the stair well is covered in grass terrain created. I am trying to create this for contractors to get of viurtal of what i want them to do. Also how wide and how far the garage can be placed based on code and a railer and f-250 to be able to be parked in the new detached garage. Todd Littleton co

Renderings Updated
HERE ARE SOME GENERAL PRICE BREAKDOWNS FOR RENDERINGS DONE OUTSIDE OF CA: Here is a breakdown of LOD(level of detail) ranges from 1-5 1-CA PBR renderings: do not apply 2-Semi-Photorealistic: building only, some entourage, low resolution HDR background image or fog, 720p (not suitable for print media) 3-Photorealistic(camera phone quality): 150 passes with 50% optix denoising, short line of site (distance cut off in background). 1080p resolution(optimized for web pages, suitable for budget print/flyers etc) 4-Photorealistic: 450 passes with 20% optix denoising. 1080p or 2k resolution, post processing in photoshop/lightroom/procreate (suitable for print media). 5-Photorealistic: 500-3000 passes with 20 % optix denoising, 1080p up to 8k resolution. post processing in photoshop/lightroom/procreate. Suitable for large monitor presentations/galleries..can be indiscernible from photography. Setup would be $400 per zone for LOD 3-5($200 for LOD 2), a zone being the front of the house or an open liv rm/din/kitchen, or an attached kitchen/bath, LOD 3 at roughly $100 per image per zone, LOD 4 at $300 per image per zone. LOD 5 I need to quote. Assuming a zone setup fee, a 6 second animation from 1 camera to the next within 1 zone at 30 frames per second on LOD 3 would be $500. I've attached a 3 second animated GIF to give you an example. Higher LOD I would need to quote. a Spherical rendering at 4k+ resolution for VR headsets is two zones-$800 at LOD 4 at 4k-$400 per rendering... obviously if both adjoining zones are already paid for than you are just paying for the image only.
