If we have 3 Lic for HD Pro (2024)  There a way to file share drawling so we can calaborte on one drawling. Are example would be sale guy does a rough drawling the space, they hand of the drawing to designer, design hands it off to the estimator. Lastly back to the sales guy to finish selling the Job

Not sure what multiple accounts or customer service has to do with the question.

 

You will need to describe your environment. Everyone in the same office?

 

A plan is just a file that may be opened by anyone with the correct software.

Go to File>Backup entire plan>check "backup plan files and all referenced files" (this will capture any materials, etc you used in the plan and transfer them as well) and depending on size, check "Send backup files to zip archive". That should put a file on your desktop that you can then email to people as needed who have the same program. It will be helpful if you all have the current updates and same bonus catalogs downloaded to speed things up. Each person can rename the file before they send it to the next person with their name, etc. so the original one they got doesn't get overwritten or anything. It will help keep the changes current with each forward.
