SwellSteve
Is it possible to create a screen enclosure (attached to the lanai / back porch) around a swimming pool and deck? (these are also known as a "bird cage")
SwellSteve
Yes, I searched the site but didn't find anything (just info about a screen enclosure). Screen-enclosed pools are common in FL, where I live. The aluminum frame / support beams attach to the roof gutters. Something like the attached image. solver
With Suite, you probably will need to model the parts in a program like SketchUp and then import them as symbols. You might be able to do the walls in Suite, but I don't know how you would do the roof.
Jo_Ann
In the library: Architectural > Windows > Atrium Windows. Also, the bonus catalog contains complete greenhouses that might be usable.
LawB10
In Suite, If you use walls, that will create a room, then make the walls glass and add windows. Next use room dividers to create the indoor pool, drop the floor to -60 or so , rename the room to bath and room type to pool. Change the walls and floor finish to tile, use the box shape, raise the height to 57" and change the material to water. If you use an object from 3d warehouse or the Bonus catalog, you don't need to use walls and room dividers, just use a Box shape, rectangle terrain feature and the water material.
