countryretreatoz
Hello, I am using HD Suite. I have drawn a lot of my floor plan first. I am now around that putting in my terrain perimeter and will create some contours as the block slopes in many directions. Q. Can I pick up my house and move it independently around the block? Thanks everyone.
DavidJPotter
You can but that is NOT recommended, rather you move the terrain and leave the house where and as it is. DJP
countryretreatoz
Thanks David, So can the terrain all be picked up together and moved while the house stays still?

Thanks everyone. In Suite you can reverse the plan ie: the left side becomes the right side, that's it. You cannot move the house as a whole, you would have to redraw the plan. As David said, you can edit the terrain to whatever you want it to be.
katalyst777
Think of it like this, the house is made up of lots of components (walls, doors, windows, furniture, roofs, etc). The terrain is made of up your Terrain Perimeter only. It's much easier to adjust its size/position and then customize with less margin for error than trying to rotate the house and everything that makes it up.
