MrBill318 Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 I am trying to place a simple stairwell from the basement to the 1st floor. But when I place the stairs it does not create a stairwell. Can you be a little more specific or maybe give me a link on how to create a basic set of stairs from the basement to the first floor. solver Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 I provided links in the post just above. Very many answers can be found with a bit of searching. Did you try using the Auto Stairwell tool? I'm sure Help explains how to use it. Select the stairs, click the tool, you get an opening in the floor above. Did you review the Open Below room type in Help?
