Here's what I got sofar.

Click on a wall, open wall specification, and check no room definition. What solver said. Go to the Library click Materials and go from there.

Jeff, By default 3 floors are over 27ft high for your plan..add in the basement, it's higher. Uncheck extend slope downward on the Bay window, that's used to create a room similar to a shed. The walls under the Bay window are invisable? If it's error then rebuild the foundation. Alighn the Bay window roof with the wall Add a step to the stairs. If you don't want a basement under the Garage lower the stem wall For a better look, redraw the Porch using walls and doorway(s) add Rail(s) and check no room definition. Lastly there's nothing you can do in the Attic (A level) it's just space.

Yep Kbird said it right.. in Suite you have use soffits to get the effect you want.
-
Yes Sir, Add a cabinet to the backside and raise the cabinet to the height you want. Then extend the countertop.
-
Suite doesn't have pony walls, what's puzzling is that Suite has the Barrel roof, but only when you use the Dormer tool.
-
Not yet, you're response takes the guessing game out.

Jo Ann Queen of the work around....she finds a way even when there isn't one.

When I had this problem it was always a ceiling height or room wall alighnment that cause the z-fightin. It's wasn't the video card, it was the software.
-
Use the break wall tool. You don't have to make a new wall type unless you want to. Like Kbird said, if you alter the default setting, that material will be used for your current and future plans.
-
In 2D click the wall you want change and then edit, Don't click the Room, just the wall (s) in that room, Have you tried the break wall tool?
-
Yea and make sure it's a external hard drive. The trial key becomes the real key once you purchase the full software. Like I said you have to have a key that's not activated.

Kbird, All I read sofar points to Nvidia Cards only. I had this problem when I installed Windows10. The software disabled my Nvidia card (windows did not detect the card) and replaced it with a Basic video adapter. You could not change settings or change adapters. I think what it does is undo what windows did, with the fix my Nvidia card works fine now. I think that if you disable the PCie port the PCie card would not work.

This is just a add on to the post. If you get error code 12 - The device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. Try this. find cmd.exe and right click, click run as administrator, then type bcdedit/ set pciexpress forcedisable Close and reboot.

Like Kbird and Solver said you will have to a dual boot setup on your PC. First: you have to parttion the Hard drive, you will then have a C and D drive. Install the new OS on the D drive, when you restart the PC you can choose which OS you want. You can install the software using a friends application and key, but your friend would have to deactivate their software. If you use your own software and install on another drive you would have to deactivate the software and reactivate on the new drive You're option is to install the program you have and then upgrade to what you want.... you can buy the software direct from this site. You dont have to go through any other site. Don't buy the DVD back up, just make a copy of file that gets downloaded. Last: If you are not computer savvy, have someone who's computer savvy partition the drive and install the software for you.

designer1980, Keep in mind what David said, you will be better off buying a video card such as Nvidia, ATI etc: with at least 2 Gig or more memory. It's not the system specs that is the problem. If you have computer skills, it may be cheaper to build your own...

To adjust the height of a half wall. Click on the wall and open to get the rail specification box. Click on Newels/Balusters, change the value in the Railing Height box.
-
Is this what you're looking for?? If so, use half walls, adjust as needed..
