Yes it does and the foundation follows the windows

Or you could use a cabinet(s) that comes with the edge you want cabinets>style template and then go to cabinets doors, drawers and panels to find the face you want. find the color you want, use the paint tool set to C to trim the cabinet.
-
Got it Solver use one or the other but not both.

ahh shucks it's a software problem, not a user problem. In Suite the Glass shower wall is not standalone you have to convert it from a interior wall. Soffits work, you would still need a wall for the door and windows plus if you want a circular glass shower soffits won't work. About the 4 1/2, windows was updating, I pressed ctrl+alt+delete and 4 1/2 came out, my thoughts were software glitch We had a thunderstorm and that made wall 4 1/2, the sun was shining to bright, my cable box rebooted and made the wall 4 1/2 I right clicked on light fixture and somehow it made the wall 4 1/2. If you say "Is that your story" my response would be yes and I'm stickin to it. lol

Okay so you can do it the way I said if you choose to do so....

Jeff, I think I understand your question, If it's not a HD object then you can only change the material as Kbird said. IMHO some 3rd party 3d objects don't work well with HD. example light fixtures don't illuminate and you cant connect them to a switch You have to use a pass thru for doors and windows, if you don't you lose the room.

No it does not. I'm going need your help, are you saying in Pro the only way to produce a Gable wall is to use the tool? Given some of the questions that have been asked by some Pro users: example using a soffit for a roof lol. The awareness of the tools in Pro may not be known. Please don't take this the wrong way, If there's no wall(s) then there's no need for a roof.

Is that a No there isn't or a I don't have an answer?
-
If that's what you do, then don't us a cabinet mounted appliance, use a standalone. If it's cabinet mounted, just move the cabinet.
-
okay go to 3d warehouse,or check and see what's in the millwright library, If I'm not mistaken, you can put Crown molding on walls only.
-
Thanks David I apologize for not being more specific with my question. Is there a way to draw the wall (s) without having to use soffits? I know soffits are useful, moreso in Suite and lower versions, but I prefer not to use them if I don't have to.

JHawk check the outer cabinets again, when you angle the cabinets the edges has to touch and be the same height
-
go to the site and download the Kitchen accessories library, it has what you need to get it done
-
Gotcha Jeff you see what happens when you delete a partof the foundation that was a no-no lol, use soffits for the bay window and add a material to match the house. The crawl space was over 5ft. high that's a basement, use the default settings or lower for Walls with Footings. If you don't like the foundation walls change it and add a material to match the house.

When the 3d item shows in your plan, look on you're tool bar look for a icon that has 2 books and + sign click on it to add the item. If it's not from HD or a Manufacture it will show in the user catalog
-
Hometalk, if I'm not mistaken is for HD Pro and below users, whereas Chieftalk is for Architech and Premier users.
-
click on the wall, open wall specification, click roof remove the D and change the pitch.
-
bring the bottom wall on the left down, making sure the top and bottom edge touch
-
Thanks Karen I'm still working on the plan it's at 50mb right now. Make a third floor, draw a room and center it, make the steeple and third floor ' Open Below' you will see why when you put the windows in About the windows did you check to see if somebody who does that kinda work can save them for you?

make sure you're cabinets point in the same direction (the arrows)
