DerwoodKevin
The standard room for kitchen design is aligned vertically with open space on either side so I have to scroll up and down to view it. It would be so much easier to use if I could rotate it 90 degrees. Is there a way to rotate the whole room 90 degrees?
Kbird1
you don't say what version you have ? but some versions have a "rotate Plan" option on the Tools menu

solver
If you have Edit>Edit Area, you can marquee around what you want to rotate and then rotate everything selected. Sometimes when rotating via Rotate Plan, the arrow keys will not work as expected -- pressing the right arrow will result in a up arrow action, for example. DavidJPotter
Suite 2016 has an "Edit Area" tool ( Edit - Edit Area) and also a "Reverse Plan" command (Tools - Reverse Plan). It would be smarter just to redraw the kitchen facing the way you are most comfortable with as opposed to those command tools but you do what seems right to you and live with the results. I had forgotten about the arrow key/scrolling issue with using Rotate Plan , so yes I'd use Eric's suggestion of Edit Area and rotating the whole plan.
