Open Gable Truss

I'm trying to model an open gable truss.  I used to do this by building a custom backsplash and moving it to the location I wanted.  I just upgraded to Pro2024 and it appears this version will not let me move the backsplash away from a wall.  I also tried a soffit but I can't rotate a soffit.  Any suggestions?

Go to the bonus catalogs millwork>Corbels and Brackets No.3 Gable.

See if the beach style will work for you

Or use an angled soffit

Thanks Keith.  I checked out your bonus catalogues and I need one for a 9/12 pitch.  I also played with the sloped soffit but two sides will always be perpendicular to the floor so that one wont work either.  Thanks for the suggestions.

You can adjust the bonus truss to make it fit the pitch you need. They don't make one for every conceivable pitch

You can use a standard truss. Change the settings to make it build like you want. Wood grain direction will be correct.

You can also change the material on the bonus catalog gable truss if wood grain, color, etc. are critical
