Rotating plan loses details?

I rotated the plan 180 degrees (and got a warning regarding automatic dimension lines. Not sure why rotating something would require them being turned off.

Before & after images shows the floor hatch is missing.

I assume this shouldn't happen, but is there an alternative way to rotate an entire plan?

Try edit>edit area>all floors>transform replicate, 1 copy, reflect vertically and go up on the y axis a good distance so the two plans don't overlap. Then take the new plan, reflect horizontally and go along the x axis and that should work

How did you rotate your plan?

 

In general, you should use Edit Area when rotating a plan. Grab the rotate handle and spin it around, or use Transform/Replicate to rotate an exact amount.

That's why I suggested what I did. He wants to rotate it North and South, plus East and West.

Thanks Eric - Solved. I thought marqueeing (sp?) the plan & rotating it was the same thing, since I was rotating everything... but it's not.
