It says that I need to deactivate the software first on the other computer (crashed drive) but I cannot find any link on how to do just that on the website. thanks! You must call Customer Service at Chief Architect Inc, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time office hours for the assistance you need. SnowyGT Posted June 16, 2019 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Go into digital locker where your codes are stored. There is a button to remove all other accounts. Click this and it will remove access from all other conputers. Regardless if they are in working order. Worked for me as i got rid of my last pc.
