ChiefMartha 0 Posted December 23, 2018 I just upgraded from Home Designer Architiectural 2019 to Pro 2019. I tried to install the new program but I keep getting an error 2503 and then error 2502. I tried to uninstall the Architectural 2018 and got the same error. What steps do I need to take to fix this?

ChiefMartha 0 Posted December 24, 2018 Well, yes, but I was hoping someone else may have encountered the same error.
DavidJPotter 203 Posted December 24, 2018 I have Chief Architect Premier Versions 7-20 and all Home Designer current titles (Pro, Architectural, Interiors, Suite and Essentials 2019) on my PC, all work well and I have never received the error messages you have. You should be able to run Architectural and Pro on the same computer with no trouble. I am sorry you are having difficulty but I have no idea what is wrong on your computer. Tech Support will be able to assist you whatever is wrong. You may wish to try fully uninstalling Architectural (after you deactivate the license) and then install Pro until you can talk to Tech Support. DJP
Pantera 0 Posted May 18, 2019 No one comments on whether it's Windows or MAC. I have Windows and had to run the install as Administrator to get past this problem. Sort of makes sense. Install wants to update registry. Only Admins can touch the registry. Good Luck.
