LindaM Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 Hi Everyone, I just purchased Home Designer Pro 2 days ago and have multiple serious error messages as well as unexpected quits. Prior to purchasing I was in the trial version of Premier and had the quitting a couple times but no error messages. It seems to occur when I'm in the catalogs, this morning it was a manufacturer's catalog placing furniture. If this is important; I'm on a brand new '17 MacBook Pro; 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7; 16 GB memory; graphics; Intel HD graphics 630 1536 MB. I spoke with tech support yesterday and we did a reboot, he said this is typically the case on Mac's. I'm no enjoying this issue of the quitting and do not think it should be happening on my machine.
