rfcomm2k
I had to replace my PC and subsequently had to reinstall my software. The old PC still functions, it just was dated and needed to be replaced before it failed. I had an extensive master material list, to which I had added many items. I wish to copy it from the old PC to the new, but have no idea where it is or even the name of the file.
DavidJPotter
I have never done this myself, so I would recommend that you read the Reference Manual Section on the "Master List" where you will find "Export Options" or you might call Chief Architect Tech Support or post a "Ticket" asking your question. I doubt anyone here knows how or has done it. DJP
LawB10
Generally, when going from old PC to new PC, you burn the files you want to dvd and then copy it to the new PC. Example: C>program files>chief architect>homedesigner pro.....burn everything in the folder and then copy it to the new PC.
katalyst777
I think that the master list is also in the Data folder. KB-02972: Migrating Home Designer to a New Computer
