ChrisD-NJ
I have several situations where the generated roof splits a wall. Part of the wall is inside (attic, storage room, etc.) and the rest is above the roof. When I apply drywall to the interior wall, the whole wall, including the exterior has drywall. If i apply siding, the siding also is inside the interior room. See attached picture. How can I have drywall inside a room, but not have it extend past the roof planes? I am using HD Architectural 2016.

ChrisD-NJ
Thanks Eric, but i don't have that option in Architectural 2016, as far as I can tell.

katalyst777
Before upgrading to Pro, in an earlier version of Architectural, I recall having to use a resized thin "Wedge" shape from the Library Browser with Siding or whatever material applied to get the right look for situations like this.
ChrisD-NJ
Here's the plan. Thanks for the workaround katalyst777. sounds like a pain! Plan 4 slanted garage V2 - hip.plan
LawB10
Changed the Interior wall to exterior wall, fixed the negative ceiling height, removed the Dormers from the Attic to the 1st floor.. In the future DO NOT put anything in the Attic.... Use soffits and/or the break-wall tool for exterior wall(s) that go into interior rooms.
