Casey4965
I use Home Designer Pro to show customers representations of a finished space. Most of what I do is a single space, such as a bathroom, kitchen or basement and this is all I measure. In the project I am working on now, the customer wants to remodel their basement. With basements, there is always a floor above, and hence my first question. 1. How do you cut out the ceiling for the stairs? Or, is there a better way? 2. When I place an electrical panel on a wall, it will not recess into the wall. Is there a way of doing this? Open Help, search stairs. 1 hour ago, Casey4965 said: When I place an electrical panel on a wall, it will not recess into the wall That panel is set to attach to the surface, and not recess. Check the 3D Warehouse (google it) for symbols you might use.
Solution y-g-m-n Posted March 3 Solution Share Posted March 3 I think on some panels if you open them up, they have placement dims. You need to look at DISTANCE from WALL and play with it to get your desired look. Seems the panels I use like to go into walls, and they are mounted on exterior outdoors on my brick.
