michaelrowe01
I am working with a firm that uses Chief Architect to run their business, etc. I am hoping to use their files (without all the project management, pricing, etc. capabilities to do my own 3D custom walk throughs of our planned remodeling. Is this possible? Can I get the files and load them in Home Designer (Pro or Architect) so I can do things like swap out tile colors, etc. easily? Thanks! Yes, PROVIDED THE CHIEF ARCHITECT USER MANUALLY PROGRAMS THE FILE FOR USE IN HOME DESIGNER SOFTWARE TITLES BEFORE SHARING IT WITH YOU. The command, in Chief is found in "General Plan Defaults - Allow editing in Home Designer Software" Check box before sharing with you. DJP
