BBCfan
I'm thinking I followed the instructions as detailed online. I cannot get the dollhouse view of the second floor to open up. Before I proceed can I get confirmation that the second floor is set up correctly? I am going for a 1 1/2 story style. Thanks Try again Home before second story.plan
Jo_Ann
You have 'ignore 2nd floor' checked on the roof tab, so there is no 2nd floor to see.

Thanks, I printed off the instructions & perhaps I followed them incorrectly. I will look it over again.
solver
Your roof is being built over the 1st floor, so a Dollhouse view of the 2nd floor will show the roof. While on the first floor, select both roof planes, right click and "Display on Floor Above".

How do you select both roof planes from the first floor? What tool? I'm going to take a break from this now, be back tonight to try again. Thanks to both of you for responding to me. Select them as you would select any other item by clicking on them. Do it from a camera view or in plan. One at a time, or both. Right click will bring up the context menu. BBCfan
I'd appreciate a look at this. From one panel, it said 8 / 12 roof pitch from the other it said 10 / 12 roof pitch. I'm considering having the roof go down onto a second story wall of 3 ft tall to see how it changes inside. How when I set it up, I had it set a 0'' would I have to add it each wall. I am struggling with getting comfortable with floor 2... Try again Home before second story.plan
