RDeason
I ordered and payed for HP PRO. @ $295, BUT, the HD Suite downloaded its image "Home_Designer_Suite – 16.4.1.20" onto my Desktop. I guess I made a mistake in checking PRO and SUITE on your download page assuming the Pro was in the Suite. Nevertheless, I got the Suite – which is NOT what I want . . . I want the Home Designer Pro. PLEASE ––– Twice, I have contacted KIM of CA support, but she insists I have both! PLEASE, again, there is NO Home Designer Pro on my computer! Let me suggest a workaround . . . will you, please, credit me the $295, and let me download the Pro? I have a client waiting and I need the extra CAD features of the PRO. Thank you RDeason

solver
Pro cost $495.00 not $295.00. There is no Home Designer product that cost $295.00. If you in fact purchased and received Suite, I believe you can simply upgrade from Suite to Pro by paying the difference in price. That may be the simplest solution. Go to your Digital Locker. It will show what you purchased.
LawB10
If you upgrade from HDA to HDP it's $295 without the DVD backup. From HDS to HDP it's $395. If it was purchased from the HomeDesigner site, I can't see how that error was made.

DavidJPotter
Guys and Gals, that is why I asked her to call Chief Architect Inc Sales, only they have the authority to make corporate business decisions. The rest of us here can certainly have opinions but we do not make decisions about sales or sales errors. DJP
