y-g-m-n
how did you create it? Was it something automatic like framing or what? but for that you go to plan view select object and rotate by grabbing the little triangle and spinning it. It rotates and will stop at the minimum angle you set up for the Angle Snap. I think default is 7.5 degrees.
Rookie65
My guess is you are trying to make it look like an open truss at the end? If so, a sloped soffit is what you can use. Or in the bonus catalogs, there is a Corbels and Brackets No.3 Gable catalog that may give you what you are looking for already done. Typically the "Z" axis is just the vertical axis, which I don't think is the term you meant to use.

In other words, the post the red arrow is pointing to, I want to copy/paste and show it at 45 degree angle.
