  1. Not sure but probably one where you have to play with things to find the culprit. My guess is they are made on the first floor level not the foundation or level 0.. And I am not sire if that can be fixed...
  2. Did you try making those cuppola as a DORMER?
  3. Can I make suggestion. Since that is just holding up a pretty much flat roof probably an Aluminum cover type there is not much loading on those posts that they require a full footing. You could get by with just the normal 4" slab and aluminum posts bolting to it. If this is supporting the house hip roof then I would change the row of posts into a RAILING WALL with Posts to BEAM and railing set to OPEN so it does not have railings. Choose your posts design, size and spacing. this then creates an outdoor room you can change to PATIO and lower as required and have house roof cover it. It will treat this railing wall as part of the house and then creates proper foundation, and you can have a footer under the entire length if you choose.
  4. Remember 2026 version is subscription based which means yo have to pay every month or year to work on drawings. if you stop paying the program stops working. But yes newer versions can open older version files. Newer versions CANNOT save as older versions so everything a new version opens becomes a new version file.
  5. floor plan? Ceiling height in those rooms that gable side walls include should have done what you want.
  6. one is not drawn to proper size. my guess is your PLAT info is incorrect. So how did you upload? Better to draw so you can set it as terrain boundary
  7. manually edit the roof plane in question
  8. probably because in VECTOR view. Try going into the tools menu and open up LAYER DISPLAY OPTIONS: Then turn off: ROOF OVERHANG and other Roof items you donot have nor want to see.
  9. go to tool bar: TOOLS click: DISPLAY OPTIONS Turn off from view BRICK LEDGE LINES They only show up when you have brick on exterior. Not sure why it bugs you since if you have brick they will make a brick ledge to support and get proper drainage.
  10. that looks like foundation wall so it could be brick ledge of some sort.
  11. are they maybe part of an architectural block?
  12. maybe you are getting too detailed? Maybe make from cabinet door in library and change material & dimensions? or find something else in library close to what you want and then change the materials and dimensions for it. heck might be a material in library that you could change partitions to that will give you the look?
  13. fake them into an open full height cabinet by using cabinet PARTITIONS.
  14. when they make the forms they use a 2x6 and lay flat to create the brick ledge which is 5.5" wide.. Much cheaper then ripping them to make it thin But wall layers should be brick = 3.5" Air Gap= Min 1.5" Sheathing = ~1/2" (15/32" plywood or 7/16" OSB) ----- Brick Ledge Edge ------ Stud = 3.5" Sheet Rock = 1/2" So stuff on brick ledge side = 3.5+1.5+.5 = 5.5" Just adjust your air gap to create wall thickness to match so your plans match. Around here, some builders putting up 1/2" foam board to sheathing and taping joints so air gap goes back to 1" - $$$ but helps with Thermal break and insulation
  15. yeah subscriptions sux I am just gonna use the 2025 HDPRO I have and live with it for my hobby fun and home upgrades. Plenty of threads on no one liking the new business model.
