I have designed a plan for a customer. 2 Floor Main House and detached 1 floor garage. Now the customer wants a second floor on garage. How do I create a second floor over garage without affecting the work already done on the main house?

Draw in your walls on the 2nd floor above the garage.

 

ie: copy 1st floor garage walls, move to the 2nd floor, paste/hold position, delete what's not needed on the 2nd floor walls.

 

Or just manually draw them.
