Window coverd by wall

Before I put my interior walls I added my windows in my basement. However, when I put the interior walls in, it covers the windows.

Are the walls along the foundation wall? If so, you create a "pass through" in the wall in front of the window. Depending on the detail needed, you'll likely need to adjust the casing and sill.on the interior or exterior to get it to look right. Possibly even extending the frame of the window. I usually make the pass through about 1/2" larger than the window and center it on the window so there's a bit of a reveal around the edges. Your description is pretty vague as to what you want to do.
