Shed Roof with multiple different angles

I'm trying to create a mountain modern home design with a shed roof where the roof planes are different over different parts of the home - is this possible in HDS or would I need pro? (I'm an amateur trying to create a visual of a home we eventually plan to have an architect design for us)

If they are different pitches, then yes, you would want Pro to draw them manually. Also, please post questions in "Q&A", so more people will  see them. And it's helpful for you to fill out your signature.so people always know what program/year you are using. Click on your profile, then account settings, then signature. Make sure you check for it to display.

You do not necessarily need Pro.

It depends on the design.

 

You need to post this in Q&A, as Rookie65 suggested.

It would also be helpful if you post a floor plan jpeg image, and also a 3d jpeg of what you have created, and where the problem is.

Do you own the land where you will build? A custom build should respond to the site.

 

Architects generally prefer someone come with a list of requirements/wishes, and a small selection of images showing style. Architects design and dislike feeling constrained by a DIY plan, and often having to explain to someone everything wrong with their ideas.

 

But if you really want to work on this, Keith has a Pro 2021 license for sale and having Pro will make your life much, much easier.
