Designer_Ryan
I'm so use to just pressing the space key to repeat a command in AutoCAD. Does Home Designer Pro have a key I can press to keep repeating a command?
y-g-m-n
not that I know of. I have similar issue as I am constantly typing AutoCAD commands, right clicking etc. Then I have issues using commands from Solidworks and Inventor; as I use those for work as well along with some specialized ones for special 3d designs. I get brain cramps
Solution RoyJames Posted October 2 Solution Share Posted October 2 Hello Designer_Ryan, It depends on what kind of an action you are trying to repeat. There is a function in Home Designer called Sticky Mode which allows an edit tool such as Copy/Paste to remain active after being used. The option is typically found on the left-hand side of the edit toolbar (the icon looks like a pin). When selected, the tool will not go away after being used. In Chief Architect Premier, the Esc key will cycle back through recently used tools, but this is currently not available in Home Designer. I hope this helps!
