LeutenantDan
Is there a way to have different types of roofing material on one building. I've replicated my home, but my house has a TPO flat roof a shingle roof and I am trying to add Standing seam on the covered patio going around my home. DavidJPotter
If you have Suite or Architectural, NO but if you have Home Designer Pro: YES. In Pro you can edit/alter individual roof planes, in Suite and Architectural you can't. DJP

Can you please link me? I searched the forums thoroughly and have attempted Google many times. I've found information on seperate structures, but can't find anything about applying different types of roofs on one structure. I am new to the forums, I only signed in for this question, so forgive me for not finding it via the search feature. I don't navigate forums often. Jo_Ann
You have NOT filled out your signature. In the forum link posted, it does not matter if the different roof materials are on one structure, the "fix" is the same.
