Skylight Labels

Help Please.

Home Designer Pro 2020

I have a number of skylights on 2 floors. The default label is displaying but it is VERY small and illegible when printed.

Despite searching the manuals, I cannot find a way of editing the skylight label size.

I didn't want to resort to putting a Text label on top to hide the default.

Any help would be appreciated.

*** I see you said Pro 2020 ***

Answers often depend on which title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2018, 2019 etc) you are using.

You can help everyone by adding that info to your signature (see below for how to turn them on) by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left.

Doing so makes it always available, and keeps others from having to hunt for it.

And, turn on signature display too.

You are way ahead of me. I don't even know how to make a skylight label show.

Maybe you could show a screen capture and say how you did it.

Thanks Eric.

I put my details in my Profile but have now found the 'Signature' settings with your help !

Here's some snapshot showing the Skylight (brand name Velux in the UK) .. then zoomed in & finally the Roof Hole/Skylight Specification label settings.

I don't seem to be able to change the label font size anywhere.

You can create a new Text Style -- I just used an already defined one to make the text larger. You will also change everything on the roof labels layer.
