Enclosing under a deck with a lattice

Hello.   

 

I am a casual user.

 

I can't find how to enclose the lower section of an outside deck.  How would I enclose the area under the deck with a lattice or other type of material.

You should have at least 1 lattice material in the library, and you may have a lattice object.

Hi Eric.

Will get the signature built.  I am running Home Designer Pro 2021 Build 22.3.2.55x64  June 2020.  I see the lattice panel and 3 lattice materials.  

Not exactly what I wanted but it works.

I will go the deck framing plan, transform/replicate the rim joists the thickness they are. Then edit them to keep the height the same, change the thickness to 3/4" or 1/2", then close the gap between the new joists and the framing. Then you can transform/replicate on the "Z" axis, adjust the thickness again if you wish. Then make that item a lattice. From a side elevation, you can adjust that piece to the height you need. Depending on what catalogs you have, there is a diagonal lattice that works pretty good. Just adjust the material and texture properties down to a size opening you want. Then you can even paint the material white or whatever color you want it to be.

Done in Architectural because I had it open.

 

1/2" thick soffit with a lattice material rotated 45 degrees.

I just created a new 1/2" thick bamboo lattice wall and saved it in the Wall tool. Now I can use it whenever and choose any color for it.
